At Engraving, we stand by the quality of our curated fashion pieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Engraving account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
